Define the product
Clarify users, context, IP characteristics and product goals, then choose an appropriate physical format and AI interaction direction.

Design the form and hardware
Develop appearance, materials, dimensions, module space and power arrangements alongside personality, brand content and interaction boundaries.

03 / VALIDATE
Prototype and validate
Use 3D printing and suitable sampling methods to review appearance, feel, assembly and interaction, identifying what needs refinement.

Arrange production and delivery
After sample and scope approval, coordinate materials, processes, assembly, quality checks, packaging and delivery. Agree on quantities, standards, responsibilities and delivery arrangements for the project.

How are production and sales agreed?
Production conditions are discussed against the agreed design and sample. Sales partnerships depend on product fit, supply and after-sales arrangements. Pricing, timing and sales outcomes are not blanket commitments.
